When you submit a request, IPTV Encoder saves your name, email address, device, message, and selected subscription details so the team can respond and help with your inquiry.

How the form works

Your request is stored in the website’s database and is available to the site administrator. The form does not collect payment card details or activate a subscription. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information.

WhatsApp orders

When you continue from the order form, we save your request and selected price, then open WhatsApp with a draft containing your name, email, device, country, selected plan, and any additional details you entered. You choose whether to send that message in WhatsApp. We cannot tell from the website whether you sent it or paid.

Customer reviews

We save your display name, private email address, rating, review, and optional device description. Your display name, rating, text, device, and month of submission may be published after moderation when you consent. Your email is not public. A hashed network address and submission times help limit spam. Contact us to request a correction or deletion.

Cookies and site data

This website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms, remember request confirmations, prevent duplicate orders, and keep administrators signed in. The annual-offer wheel stores no marketing cookie and does not determine a random prize. The website package does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

External services

If you choose an email or WhatsApp link, you leave this website or open another app. That service handles your information under its own privacy terms.
